Apart from MOU's, Is their any other agreement needed for a SAAS Partnership?

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is not the sole document needed in a Software as a Service (SAAS) partnership.

Depending on the nature and complexity of the partnership, other documents such as Service Level Agreements (SLA's), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA's), Data Processing Agreements (DPA's), and Terms of Service (ToS) may also be required.

MOU's are considerate for minimum confidentiality needed for a partnership to maintain but this depends on the responsibilities and service both parties subscribe to before signing the MOU.

these are often more well-known than SLA or NDA because they are commonly used as an initial step in formalizing a partnership, generally less formal and less binding than contracts but serve as a precursor to more detailed agreements. Additionally, MOUs are often used in various fields and sectors, leading to their wider recognition.
